Retrieval is not just an action; it's a combination of:

This training builds retrieval so that the dog:
retrieves, returns, and performs reliably

What you will learn in this 4-session training:

• How to build a calm start to retrieval

• How to get the dog to return directly

• How to avoid common problems (circling, dropping, playing)

• How to build a reliable hand-off

• How to transfer retrieval to practical situations

This is for you if:

• your dog doesn't retrieve properly

• retrieval is restless or unreliable

Choose a suitable time for your first session. We will arrange the remaining course sessions during the first meeting and via email as the course progresses.

• your dog starts with too high an arousal level

• you want to make retrieval a reliable part of hunting

After the training, you will have a dog that:
